Welcome to Keep Oregon’s Border. By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Use of This Website

Permitted Use

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only, including:

Contributions and Donations

Contribution Requirements

By making a contribution to Keep Oregon’s Border, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • The contribution is made from your own funds and not from funds provided by another person for the purpose of making the contribution
  • The contribution is not made from the treasury of a corporation or labor organization
  • All information provided is accurate and truthful

Contribution Limits

Contributions are subject to Oregon campaign finance limits. As of 2026, individual contribution limits may apply depending on the type of election and committee structure. We will reject and refund any contributions that exceed applicable limits.

Public Disclosure

As stated in our Privacy Policy, contributions over $100 in a calendar year are subject to public disclosure under Oregon law. Your name, address, occupation, and employer will be reported to the Oregon Secretary of State.

Refund Policy

  • All contributions are final unless prohibited by law
  • We will refund contributions that:
    • Exceed legal limits
    • Are from prohibited sources (corporations, foreign nationals, etc.)
    • Are made by individuals under 18
    • Were processed in error
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email/address]

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Keep Oregon’s Border or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Keep Oregon’s Border regarding use of the Site.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
